For standard deliveries within New Zealand please allow 1 - 3 working days. If you require urgent - delivery please call us on 04 473 9262 before making payment.
New Zealand orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day. For orders placed after midday please allow an extra day for delivery.

International orders
All book prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. For international orders GST will be deducted during the checkout process.
For all international orders a pick and pack fee of NZ$5.00 will be added during the checkout process.
Addressing
Please note that the delivery address on your order must be a street address. Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes.
If parcels are incorrectly addressed by HUIA we accept responsibility for the re-delivery, replacement, or refunding of the product at no additional charge. If parcels are incorrectly addressed by the customer, HUIA will not refund or resend the product; all responsibility for correcting the delivery will be borne by the customer.
HUIA does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the customer chooses to mail cash, HUIA accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.
All measures are taken to ensure that products are not damaged in transit. However, as things don’t always go to plan, if a book is damaged upon arrival HUIA will accept the return. To return a product please email customer.services@huia.co.nz and quote your order number, the title of the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. A replacement book will be sent to you as quickly as possible. You do not need to send the book back, but you must contact us within three days of receiving the damaged product.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of HUIA management.
