David Young

David Young works as a professional writer in the field of history and the environment - for film, print media and oral history. He is published widely in essays, articles, magazines and books.

David lives in New Zealand, writing and lecturing on sustainability, environmental management and history.

A Stout Research Fellowship (Victoria University, Wellington) resulted in Woven by Water (currently out of print) and he received a Creative New Zealand-Fulbright residency at the University of Hawaii, 2008.
