Project Manager

HUIA (NZ) Limited is a well-established publishing company with a reputation for delivering award winning resources. We are seeking a Project Manager to keep our work programmes on track so that our teams can focus on the creative aspects of our work.

In the role you will be responsible for managing a large number of projects, from initial planning through to closeout and evaluation. Most projects have a relatively short life span but are required to be run simultaneously which can be challenging. Our Project Management team have made a major contribution to the successful delivery of the company's programme of work to both clients and customers; we expect any new addition to the team will quickly add value.

If you have a professional qualification such as PMP or Prince 2 this will be beneficial. Given that we manage a lot of Māori language content, Māori language proficiency will be an advantage. We also welcome applicants who have previously worked in the fast paced publishing industry.
