Tina has an MA in Creative Writing from Victoria University's Institute of Modern Letters and teaches life writing at Massey University. Lives at Raumati on the Kapiti Coast.

 

WINNER of the non-fiction category of the 2009 Royal Society Manhire Prize for Creative Science Writing for her essay 'Twitch' which was also published in the Listener.

WINNER of the Best Short Story in English at the Pikihuia Awards for Māori Writers 2009.

 

Tina has been published in Turbine, JAAM, and Huia Short Stories 8. She is currently studying for a PhD in Creative Writing at Victoria University.
