Addressing

If a parcel is mis-addressed by Huia (NZ) Ltd (hereafter known as 'Huia'), then Huia will be responsible for the re-delivery, replacement or refunding of the product. If the customer is found to have given an incorrect address, then Huia will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.

Mailing cash

Huia does not recommend that cash be mailed for payment of products. If the customer does mail cash, Huia accepts no responsibility for the theft, loss or otherwise non-delivery of mailed cash.

International Orders

GST: All book prices are in NZ dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).  For international orders, GST will be deducted during the Checkout process.

Pick and Pack fee: For international orders, a standard NZ$5.00 Pick and Pack fee per order will be added during the Checkout process.

Returns

We try to package all products so that they are not damaged in transit. However, if a book is damaged on arrival we will accept returns. To return an item, please email Huia and quote your order number, the title of the items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will organize a replacement book to be sent as quickly as possible. You do not need to send the book back but you must contact us within three days of receiving the damaged or faulty item.

Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of Huia management.
